The Pegasus crew certainly do like the view from the top of the winner’s podium, but then let’s be honest, who doesn’t?

Last week, we got to enjoy it once again after bagging ‘Best Employer’ at the highly regarded Sussex Business Awards hosted in Brighton’s The Grand Hotel.

Beating stiff competition from some of the county’s top companies,  the accolade follows similar recognition from both the Holmes Report and PR Week who have also marked us out as one of the ‘best places to work’ in the industry.

Our managing director, Lisa Bradley, who was presented with the award by business guru and The Apprentice winner Ruth Badger, said “We pride ourselves in running a happy ship. All of the staff work hard and therefore deserve to work in a positive environment and be rewarded for their ongoing commitment.  I want people to enjoy coming to work and have always believed that happy workers lead to happy clients.”
