My usual Thursday consists of 150+ emails, 5+ cups of tea, an un-saveable ladder in my tights and a to do list as long as my left leg. However, this week I was delighted to spend my Thursday with ex blue peter presenter (and personal heart throb) Gethin Jones.

Gethin revealed the weird and wonderful ways he keeps fit, healthy and active which included wrestling with alligators, trekking jungles and his favourite of all, a £9.99 Argos exercise bar that he carries around in his bag for when the pull up urge strikes. As you can imagine his gruelling fitness regime put my gentle jogging and leisurely swimming to shame.

Gethin is currently promoting the new Holland & Barrett loyalty card scheme, which allows customers to collect points with their purchases. The Rewards for Life loyalty card can be picked up in store and online and each customer is given 150 points when the card is activated.
