Over the past few months, Pegasus HQ has been subject to a makeover that even the Grand Designs crew would be proud of.
Taking on a whole new look, including a considerable expansion to reflect the growing team, it’s now looking better than ever before…even if we do say so ourselves.
At one end of the office are the two new themed meeting rooms, Park and Beach. Park is kitted out with grass floor, frosted leaf glass and of course, a tree and Beach features a vinyl sea flooring, deck chairs and parasol. At the other end is our vibrant new creative room which includes a 12ft white-board, widescreen TV and jelly bean dispenser!
The star attraction is Peggy’s Diner. An all American retro-themed room with red leather booth, side-bar and stools, smoothie maker and an iPod compatible juke box. In typical PR agency fashion, even the smallest details are catered for in our new chill-out area with authentic, squeezy, tomato-shaped condiment dispensers on each table.
The blinds are printed with a lipstick red Cadillac and the back wall is decorated with portraits of the team posing in classic 50s attire. When you’re done with your lunch – and if you can grab a paddle before the boys pile in – you can even enjoy a game of ping pong, air hockey or pool on the multi-function games table. Be warned though, it can get a little competitive if you’re any good!
Last, but by no means least, is the most functional feature to grace our new look office – the shower! A quaint and beautiful little room, which is sure to get a hammering over the coming months thanks to the fact that 20 members of staff have signed up to run the Brighton half-marathon. Plenty of lunchtime training runs are already in the diary!
