Our Healthy Food team kicked-started 2012 with some new celebrity friends this week, including the one and only Penny Lancaster – famous wife to gravelly-voiced rocker, Rod Stewart.

Our “T” team spent the day shooting at London’s trendy Holborn Studios, where a packed media schedule heard how Penny used Cho Yung green tea to help her drop the pounds since the birth of her second child, Aiden.

Coverage to date includes spreads in Hello, the Daily Mail, Sunday Mirror, Daily Express and Celebs on Sunday – with plenty more in the pipeline. Wow!

Millions of people around the country are already into their New Year ‘health regimes’ and will be looking at stories like Penny’s post-baby transformation as a real inspiration.
