We are a 30-strong team of communication experts, former journalists, brand builders and digital specialists. Originating from all corners of the country and schooled at some of the UK's biggest brands and agencies.

Name: Tim Adams

Job title: Non-executive chairman

As non-executive chairman, Tim advises the senior management team on the agency's strategy for long-term growth and profitability. Prior to his appointment, he co-founded Lexis PR, building it into one of the country's most highly-regarded agencies. As Lexis' chairman and joint chief executive, he led it to a unique hat-trick of PR Week Awards; and launched the client satisfaction and best practice initiatives which made it the first agency to earn the PRCA's Consultancy Management Standard.

Name: Lisa Bradley

Job title: Managing director

Since founding Pegasus PR in 1992, Lisa has established the company as one of the most well-connected and successful independent consumer agencies in the UK. She continues to provide daily strategic counsel to clients whilst driving the company's future growth and profitability.

Name: Simon Hackett

Job title: Director

Simon started his career over ten years ago at Edelman, where he worked for Microsoft, O2, Sony Ericsson, and Abbott Laboratories, before establishing himself as a consumer healthcare specialist. Since then, he has gone on to devise and lead campaigns for McNeil Consumer Healthcare (a Johnson & Johnson Company), Wyeth, sanofi aventis, Holland & Barrett, David Ormerod Hearing Centres at Boots and Milton.

Name: Stuart Hehir

Job title: Creative director

Stuart has more than twelve years consumer experience, spanning big brands to start ups. As a former creative director at consumer specialist Lexis PR and head of consumer for tech agency Chameleon, he's developed award-winning campaigns for clients such as Barclaycard, Guinness, RFU, Anadin, Ryvita, Discovery Channel Europe, McVitie's and LinkedIn.

Name: Helen Yeardsley

Job title: Associate director

Helen Yeardsley is an award-winning director with a strong consumer and B2B background. As a board director at Midnight Communications, she developed a successful in-house event division and created an International network of partners, before later moving on to Brave PR, where she directed campaigns for Lever Faberge, Nestle, Bluewater and SPAR UK.

Name: Chris Webb

Job title: Account director

Chris graduated from Bournemouth University with a PR degree and joined Ogilvy PR Worldwide, working for Sony, BP and Ford. Chris heads up one of our health teams and is a specialist in OTC and sports health. He currently advises clients such as Goldshield Healthcare and Thornton & Ross.

Name: Gemma Maxey

Job title: Account director

Gemma has over eight years consumer PR experience and is a specialist in developing and executing brand campaigns and events for health and lifestyle clients including Nelsons, William Ransom and Centrale. She previously directed store launches, consumer shopping events and new range showcases working in-house for House of Fraser and DAKS.

Name: Sallyanne Jones

Job title: Account director

Sallyanne has over nine years PR experience in both consumer health and healthcare professional education. Before joining Pegasus, she spent six years implementing healthcare awareness campaigns and medical education programmes for many leading pharmaceutical companies. At Pegasus, Sallyanne oversees campaigns for Holland & Barrett, sanofi aventis and Milton.

Name: Sam Humphrey

Job title: Account director

Sam heads up the beauty division and has a background within the beauty, food & drink and entertainment fields. She currently manages campaigns for Burt's Bees, Eau Thermale Avène, Klorane and Trilogy. Having joined the team over four years ago, Sam's knowledge of the beauty media is second to none. She is also a member of CEW.

Name: Stephanie Matson

Job title: Account director

Stephanie has spent the last eight years developing hard-hitting, high visibility campaigns on behalf of clients such as the NHS and NHS UK Transplant and a number of Government departments, including the Home Office, DCMS, DIUS and the Environment Agency. Now firmly established as a consumer health specialist, she heads the day to day running of campaigns for the Health Food Manufacturers' Association and the Dept of Health.

We don't do ideas for ideas' sake. Developing the right ideas to deliver against the business objectives takes discipline and skill. They may start life in PR, but we've brought our creatives to life as television and print advertising treatments, websites and even direct marketing campaigns.

Social media is simply people having conversations online and we can help you understand, embrace and harness it. 63% of people research health products online before purchasing and 78% would rather trust the recommendations of other consumers over a company.
